We provide services to older adults that lead to a safer and organized food environment that supports nutritious everyday meals.
Now serving Austin, Texas and surrounding areas. Service area includes the Central Texas counties of Travis, Williamson, Hays, and Burnet.
Vegetable & Fruit Prep — Washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, and portioning fresh produce so healthy ingredients are ready to grab, cook, and enjoy.
Grocery Unpacking & Organization — Unpacking groceries and organizing food the refrigerator or pantry so everything has a place and is easy to find.
Meal Prep Assistance — Preparing ingredients in advance so cooking feels easier, faster, and less overwhelming.
Pantry & Refrigerator Organization — Organizing food and disposing of expired items to reduce the risk of consuming spoiled or expired foods.
Menu Planning - Creating meal plans and organized grocery lists to support balanced meals and make grocery shopping more purposeful.
Meal Companionship — Providing conversation during mealtime so eating feels more social, enjoyable, and connected. (You provide your meal, we bring ours.)
All services are provided by a mastered-degreed nutritionist with a ServSafe ® Food Handler certification.
$35 per hour, no minimum number of hours required. Appointments are booked in one-hour intervals.
