No, we do not provide medical care, housekeeping, or bathing and grooming services. Our focus is offering companionship to conquer loneliness and help to improve quality of life through shared experiences.
We offer companion experiences based on the interests of our clients. Some experiences include scrapbooking, journaling, letter writing, dining, reading, and playing mentally-stimulating games. The ideas don't stop here! We work together with you to create the perfect experience.

Yes, full payment is required in advance for each appointment.
How do I make a payment and book an appointment?
Due to the nature of the visit being fully customizable, we don't offer online bookings. Submit the information request form and we will reach out to finalize the details. Once we've confirmed details and the appointment date and time, you will receive an invoice for the appointment. Once the invoice is paid, the appointment will be confirmed.
Can I pay in person?
No, we do not accept any payments—cash or otherwise—in person. Payments must be arranged in advance through our online payment provider.
Yes! We are flexible and understand the need for rescheduled appointments. In this case, we can transfer payments already made to the new appointment.
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds. Howefver, we consider providing refunds for extremely extenuating circumstances and will review these on a case-by-case basis. Refunds in this case will be considered and granted or declined at the sole discretion of the Gold Friends at Home leadership.
While we appreciate the gesture, we do not accept tips. We strive to deliver remarkable service to you at the rate you pay for our services.
