Yes, full payment is required in advance for each appointment.
Due to the nature of the visit being fully customizable, we don't offer online bookings. Submit the information request form and we will reach out to finalize the details. Once we've confirmed details and the appointment date and time, you will receive an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the appointment will be confirmed.
No, we do not accept any payments—cash or otherwise—in person. Payments must be arranged in advance through our online payment provider.
Yes! We are flexible and understand the need for rescheduled appointments. In this case, we can transfer payments already made to the new appointment.
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds. However, we consider providing refunds for extremely extenuating circumstances and will review these on a case-by-case basis. Refunds in this case will be considered and granted or declined at the sole discretion of the Gold Friends at Home leadership.
